Common Problems
- I have run the instance multiple times, but I'm not getting the drop I'm after
- I keep getting the same item
- My account must be bugged
Most item drop rates, types, and qualities are completely random. Items with a 100% drop chance may have requirements you need to meet before you can obtain the item.
Game Masters cannot alter item drops and will not provide compensation for bad luck. Game Masters do not help with gameplay questions.
Any known issues with drop rates can be searched for on our Support Site. If you believe you have encountered a new bug, please report it using the bug reporting feature.
