If your system meets the requirements, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
2. Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
3. Deck tracking software can interfere with the game client and cause it to crash. Try uninstalling any deck trackers you are running.
4. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
5. Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.
6. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
