Diablo Immortal Performance Issues and Crashes on Mobile Devices

Before you troubleshoot this issue, check the Diablo Immortal System Requirements to make sure your device hardware meets the minimum requirements.
Please follow the below steps to resolve your issue:
- Make sure the game is up to date.
- Restart the game.
- Restart the device.
- Try clearing the Diablo Immortal app's cache data.
- Navigate to the Diablo Immortal app settings, press Clear Cache then relaunch the app. If the problem remains, move to step 2.
- Navigate to the Diablo Immortal app settings, press Clear Data then relaunch the app.
Note: Clear Data restores the app to its default state. You will not lose any Diablo Immortal progress.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game.
- Make sure the game is up to date.
- Restart the game.
- Restart the device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the game.
