Great Vault Has No Rewards Available

Common Problems

  • I opened the Great Vault to pick up my weekly rewards and it is empty
  • I disconnected while selecting my rewards and when I logged back in the vault was empty

General Troubleshooting

This problem can happen after you log out or get disconnected while you have the Great Vault open.

To resolve the display issue, simply log out and log back in. You may need to relog multiple times for the interface to refresh and populate your rewards correctly again. 

If you did not complete any objectives prior to weekly reset, there will be no rewards to claim from The Great Vault. This is intended.

Current Issue

We have received reports that completion of Mythic (non-challenge), Timewalking, and Heroic level dungeons have not been properly providing rewards. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
