Before trying any of the following steps check the BlizzardCS Twitter for any service interruptions. If this does not help, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
  2. Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
  3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
  4. If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
  5. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
Advanced Troubleshooting
  1. If you're using a VPN, try removing it.
  2. Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.
  3. Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
  4. Configure your security software's exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.
