Common Problems

  • I purchased a bundle on Xbox but it's not available
  • I bought the game on PS5 but still don't have access to it
  • I bought Platinum on Playstation but I can't see anything in-game

It is recommended to first check with your console manufacturer (Sony or Microsoft) to look into any problem with your payment. If the transaction was successful, you can try restarting your game and check the appropriate in-game location for each product:

  • Platinum is visible in the Shop
  • The Premium and Accelerated Battle Pass are accessible through the Season menu on Seasonal characters only
  • Cosmetic items and armor can be viewed from the Wardrobe.
  • Emotes must be set from the Action Wheel.
  • Unlocked mounts, mount armors and trophies are visible at the Stable Master. You first must unlock the ability to ride horses by progressing through the game before using them.

If you are connected to the correct Battle.net account but haven't received your product(s) after 72 hours, contact us. It is advised to attach to your ticket a document showing your console order, including the details of the transactions.

If you have connected your console account to a new Battle.net account, you will need to reconnect it to the original Battle.net account to recover any purchases made from it. If you can't remember your email address, contact us.
