Did Not Receive Grotto Netherwing Drake: Black Scales After Completing Achievement - Now THIS is Dragon Racing!

We are aware of an issue where players completing this achievement may not receive the manuscript item, but instead have the appearance added directly to their appearances in the Rostrum of Transformation. Please check the Rostrum for the appearance.
We have also received reports that despite a recent attempt to resolve this issue, the appearance is still not available in the Rostrum, and we are actively investigating this issue. We do not have a workaround for this which can be provided.
If you do not see the appearance available in the Rostrum, please submit a new Bug report.
Customer Support is unable to manually add Rostrum appearances.
