If you experience crashes, black screens, or performance problems while playing Diablo IV on Xbox or PlayStation, follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you're having connection issues, check our connection troubleshooting article. Otherwise, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.
- Restart your console
- Power cycle your console by turning it off and physically unplugging it for 30 seconds
- Uninstall Diablo IV, restart your console, and then reinstall
