Passkeys are an alternate login method to traditional passwords. Passkeys are connected to and stored on your device, which may include a smart phone or computer.

When logging into your Battle.net account, you will first enter your email address or phone number in order to identify your account, then if you have a passkey set up, you can enter it instead of a password to login. If you do not have a passkey set up, you will be prompted to set up a passkey. 

If you have lost access to the device with your passkey, or need to remove or manage it, follow the steps here. 

Note: Passkeys are currently only available through the Beta version of the Battle.net Desktop App.
