Common Problems

  • There are mounts missing from my journal.
  • One of my mounts is suddenly greyed out and I can't summon it.

If you are missing a mount from your in-game Collection:

  1. Ensure that the Collection filters are appropriately checked:
    1. Open the Collection tab
    2. Click on the Filter tab
    3. Within the Filter tab, ensure that Collected is checked. Under Sources, check All Sources
  2. Try typing /cast mount name or /use mount name in the in-game chat
    • Example: /cast Subdued Seahorse
  3. Ensure you are searching for the correct name, as mount names may be different from the name of the item you used to learn the mount
  4. If you have transferred a character or game account from one Battle.net account to another, you will no longer have access to the account bound mounts from the original Battle.net account
  5. Try Wowhead's Mount Collection Tracker
  6. Perform a user interface reset to fix any issues with your UI

Note: If a WoW account is banned, you will no longer have access to the mounts collected on that specific banned account. They are not transferred to other accounts.
