Stuck on Initializing While Installing or Patching

Common Problems
- Can't install, the download is stuck on Initializing (0%)
- I can't update my game, it's been stuck at Initializing for 30 min
If you're having trouble installing or updating a game because the Battle.net Desktop App is stuck at "Initializing," try the following steps:
- Shut down your Battle.net App
- Press the Windows Key + R
- Type %programdata% and select OK
- Delete these three folders:
- Battle.net
- Battle.net_components
- Blizzard Entertainment
- Restart your Battle.net App
