Missing Bonus From World of Warcraft Subscription Offer
Common Problems
- I purchased the six-month sub option but do not have the new mount
- Got the twelve-month subscription, but no mount.
- I have six months of game time on my account but didn't receive the new pet.
- I used tokens to get game time but didn't get the bonus.
To earn free bonuses, you must purchase the appropriate length subscription from the Battle.net Shop. No other options of adding game time to an account will grant the bonuses. You can see the current bonuses and any delivery limitations on the Subscription Shop page.
If you purchased a subscription and should have the bonus but do not, ensure that your purchase is complete or shipped in your order history.

If you are already on an existing subscription of the same monthly length (or longer) with a future renewal date, you will automatically receive the bonuses as a gift that you need to claim in the Battle.net App. For example, if you have a 6 month subscription, you will automatically be gifted 6-month subscription bonuses, but you will not get any 12 month subscription bonuses. Bonuses do take some time to be sent out.
If you have claimed the bonus, but cannot see it in-game, make sure your Collections filter is set to show all collected items, with all additional boxes ticked.
- Bonuses may only be available in World of Warcraft (Modern) or WoW Classic Progression, as defined on the Subscription Shop page
- Purchasing a 6 or 12 month subscription grants bonuses shown at purchase time only. It does not necessarily include future bonuses that may be added or refreshed at a later time
- To receive future bonuses, your subscription must be active with auto-renewal enabled when those bonuses are added or refreshed. Auto-renewal is enabled by default when you purchase a subscription and means your subscription is set to renew for another 6 or 12 month term
- If you cancel auto-renewal before bonuses are added or refreshed, your subscription becomes ineligible for those bonuses and other future bonuses. To qualify, you must re-subscribe for a 6 or 12 month term and maintain auto-renewal before bonuses are added or refreshed
- Game time purchased without an active subscription does not count toward the 6 or 12 month requirements
Customer Support cannot grant bonuses from earlier promotions. However, some previous bonuses are available to purchase in the Battle.net Shop.
