Common Problems
- I bought the Tavern Pass but I'm missing some rewards
- I reached a certain level in the Rewards Track but didn't receive any of the associated items
- Error: "You Forgot Some Rewards"
- I forgot to collect my BG Pass rewards in the previous Battlegrounds season
To receive your track rewards, you must claim them: open the track and claim rewards by clicking on each of them individually.
Unclaimed rewards are automatically distributed at the end of a season.
