In Modern WoW, a Guild Master can rename the guild by talking to Aldwin Laughlin (Stormwind) or Urtrun Clanbringer (Orgrimmar). Only the Guild Master can rename the guild, which costs 200,0000 gold. Customer Support does not assist with renaming guilds.

It is not possible to rename guilds in any version of World of Warcraft Classic.
