Mail Return Service Failed

When using the Mail Return page to restore sent, deleted, or expired mail, you will receive the restored items in your character’s mailbox. Please note the following limitations:

Limitations

You can restore mail once every 24 hours per World of Warcraft Account. The service cool-down is shared between all variants of World of Warcraft.

You cannot restore mail if:

• You don’t have game time or an active subscription
• Your account is suspended or banned
• The mail expired after staying in the mailbox for too long
• The recipient collected the mail from the mailbox

If the Mail Return page failed or provided an incomplete restoration, please contact us with a list of the items that were in the mail that were not restored so we can investigate.
