Can't Start Quest - An Urgent Gathering

There are 2 main requirements to start this quest:

• Make sure to talk to Chromie to select the Legion timeline.
• Complete the Broken Shore introductory chain taken via the Warchief's Command/Hero's Call Board in Stormwind/Orgrimmar.

Once done, an NPC should appear within Dalaran to offer you the quest.
