Accidentally Reset every Hero Personalized Settings in Overwatch

Overwatch 2 has a Custom Configuration system of profiles for each Hero, allowing you to configure each Hero's controls for their playstyle. These profiles are saved in the game's settings and can be changed at any time. Once you have made a change to a profile, the previous profile information is overwritten and there is no way to restore it.

Customer Support cannot restore these profiles. We recommended you use screenshots or short videos of each configuration, so if there is an issue and a profile is modified by accident, you can replicate it by following your saved files.
