I keep getting "Oops Something Something Went Wrong" when trying to log in using my passkey

You can try the following steps to resolve this error:

  • Your passkey may have expired, been deleted, or may no longer be valid on your device
  • Your passkey may have been created under a different user profile (e.g. Personal instead of Work)
    • Ensure you are using the correct profile
    • Create a new passkey under the correct profile
Note: This error may also indicate that your device's face scan has timed out.
