If you requested, but did not receive a one-time passcode:

  1. Ensure the email address being  used is linked to a Battle.net account
  2. Check your email filters and junk folders
    • You may need to allow Battle.net's email domain in your email filters
  3. Double check that your email was entered correctly
If you have performed the checks above and are still not receiving the one-time passcode, wait a few minutes and try again, or alternatively, use another login method such as a password or passkey.
