Common Problems

  • I used the teleportation scroll but couldn't see Jaina or Thrall in Silithus
  • I abandoned the quest "The War Within" because I couldn't see Jaina or Thrall and now I can't get the quest back

If you can't see Jaina or Thrall after using the Teleportation Scroll, talk with Zidormi in northeast Silithus to switch phases.

If you abandon the quest, return to your capital city - Stormwind or Orgrimmar - to have the quest pushed to you.
