Common Problems
- I have the item Illusion: Felshatter in my bags but clicking it does nothing
- I keep getting the error message saying I have the appearance unlocked when I try to use the Felshatter reward item
- I don't have the Felshatter weapon illusion learned but the item tells me I do when I try to use it
This has been resolved for some players. Please try again.
If the issue has not been resolved, it is a different bug which we are continuing to investigate.
