Not Receiving Appropriate Amounts of Infinite Power from Infinite Knowledge Rank Increases

- I'm suddenly only receiving 25k Infinite Power from activities that used to reward more
- Despite increasing my Infinite Knowledge ranks, I am no longer gaining enough Infinite Power
- Infinite Knowledge seems bugged
