Forgot Your Password? Here’s How to Reset It

If you can’t remember your Battle.net password, follow these steps:

1. Use the Password Recovery Tool

   • Go to our Password Recovery Tool and follow the prompts to reset your password
   • You’ll need access to your registered email or phone number

2. Try Linked Accounts

   • If you’ve connected an external account (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Apple, Google, Steam, Facebook, etc.), click the corresponding icon on the login screen
   • Sign in using your third-party credentials instead of your Battle.net credentials
