Unable to Shift-Right-Click to Socket Gear or Shift to Compare Items

Problemas comunes:

  • When I hold Shift and right click my gear, it won't open the socket window.
  • I'm pressing Shift to compare an item in my bags to an item I have equipped but nothing happens and the comparison isn't showing up.

If you are unable to use the Shift key to compare gear or Shift + Right-click a piece of gear with a socket on a single character:

  1. Open the main menu by pressing the Escape (Esc) key
  2. Select Options
  3. Select Keybindings
  4. Click the Defaults button

If you are unable to use the Shift key to compare gear or Shift + Right-click a piece of gear with a socket on all characters:

  1. Open the main menu by pressing the Escape (Esc) key
  2. Select Options
  3. Select Keybindings
  4. Uncheck Character Specific Keybindings
  5. Click the Defaults button

If the steps do not fix the issue, please reset your User Interface folders.
