In order to receive the Weekly Performance Update email for your Overwatch 2 account, your Battle.net Account must opt-in to receive Overwatch Marketing communications. You can update your communication preferences from your Account Management page here.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Log in and play Open Queue or Role Queue matches of Overwatch 2 in the week prior. At this time, Arcade and Custom Matches will not qualify for an email.
  • Under the Battle.net Account Management page Privacy & Communication section:
    • Opt-in to Share Game Data under the Game Data And Profile Privacy section
    • Opt-in and have Overwatch selected under Latest News, Special Offers, Betas, and More in the Battle.net Communication Preferences section
  • Check to make sure the email has not been filtered by a spam or junkmail filter.

Note: Unforeseen issues may prevent weekly emails from sending. As long as the above criteria are met, you should receive the email when they go out.
