Most items can be refunded to a vendor within a time limit, usually two hours.

Progressing in the game after making a purchase will remove the option to refund the item, such as levelling up the character or entering instanced content like dungeons or battlegrounds.

If the refund timer has expired you can keep, sell, or destroy the item. Customer Support does not refund items.
